Stephen Decatur's girls basketball stayed perfect on the year Thursday night when they traveled to Washington and rolled to a 78-27. The Seahawks improved to 5-0, while Washington falls to 1-4.

The Parkside boys basketball team stayed perfect to open up the season as they rolled Mardela at home Wednesday 97-40. The win improves the Rams to 5-0 on the year, while the Warriors fall to 0-5.

The Cape Henlopen Vikings fell short of their goals from last season, but this year, they returned a lot of players to the floor and their chemistry is more than apparent. However, the Sussex Tech Ravens are under first-year head coach McDermott and they are in the midst of changing the identity of this Ravens squad.

The Stephen Decatur boys basketball team has been missing a few of its key players - yet despite the roster changes, the Seahawks have continued to be dominant throughout this 2015-2016 season. The Washington Jaguars are looking to fill gaps from players that graduated last season, and they have been doing very well so far, but the Seahawks had a little more up their sleeve.

The Parkside boys basketball hit the road Wednesday night and rolled rival Bennett 84-36. The Rams improve to 4-0, while the Clippers drop to 0-4.

Cape comes back to defeat Milford

The Cape Henlopen Vikings were down 62-59 without the ball, with 1:03 to play, only to come storming back to force overtime, and stun Milford 72-64 in Lewes.
