Police investigating Seaford spa for alleged illicit sexual activity, trafficking

SEAFORD, Del. – A spa business in Seaford is being investigated for alleged illicit sexual activity and possible trafficking.

According to Seaford Police, officers executed a search warrant at the Beauty Spa on Sussex Highway in Seaford.

Deputy Chief Tyler Justice said two women were detained and turned over to victim services, as part of the investigation into possible trafficking.

The business was shut down and will stay that way for the foreseeable future.

“We first received some complaints of alleged sexual activity of varying degrees, at which point our detectives, once they received those complaints, they began an investigation and after the investigation was concluded there was enough probable cause for a search warrant of the premises,” said Justice.

Investigators ask that if you have any further information on this case, you call them at 302-629-6645.
