21 sexual predators arrested during year long investigation in Worcester County

Authorities in one local county says they have arrested more than 20 sexual predators during an investigation.

The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Worcester County Bureau of Investigations says they have wrapped up a year long investigation, titled Operation “Worcester Safety Net.”

Law enforcement says during this investigation, they arrested 21 sexual predators who went to Worcester County, only to engage in sexual contact with minors. Officials say at this time, some of the offenders are already serving time, while others are still awaiting trials.
