Three men facing charges after drug investigation in Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. – Three men are facing serious charges after a drug investigation in Salisbury.

Salisbury Police Department (SPD) says in April of 2022, investigators began gathering intel about 39-year-old Tereek Nutter, 40-year-old Jermaine Peters, and 40-year-old Dimitris Jackson. Police say the three were involved in selling and distributing narcotics.

Officers searched residences on the 500 block of Coventry Lane, 1400 block of Chateau Drive, 500 block of Halifax Court, 200 block of Broad Street, and 9000 block of Bi-State Boulevard in Delmar. After searching the homes, police say they found more than 1,500 grams of suspected cocaine, over 400 grams of fentanyl, just over 600 grams of marijuana, and cash.

Officers found and arrested Peters and Nutter at the residence on Coventry Lane. Both men were taken into custody without incident. Jackson was found traveling in a vehicle in the area of Route 160 and Sheppard’s Crossing Road in Whaleyville, police say. He was also taken into custody without incident. Police say all three men were taken to Wicomico County Detention Center to appear before a District Court Commissioner.

Nutter and Peters were charged with CDS possession with intent to distribute, CDS possession, CDS import into state, CDS maintain common nuisance, and possession of narcotic production equipment. Jackson was charged with CDS possession with intent to distribute, CDS possession, CDS import into state, and CDS maintain common nuisance.
