Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort teams up with AGH Foundation for Festival of Trees
OCEAN CITY, Md. – The Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort is hosing a Festival of Trees to bring holiday cheer and raise funds for the Atlantic General Hospital Foundation. Multiple local businesses are sponsoring Christmas trees in the hotel. The businesses decorated and customized the trees to represent them, and visitors can vote on who has the best tree.
There is no prize for the business that wins the contest. But Catering Manager for Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort Juli Mills says it’s all in the name of fun and supporting the local community. “You really got to create interest in fundraising if you want to have people come out and support your cause. You got to give them a reason to, in addition to loving the hospital and wanting to support the community. Supporting the community means having fun activities so we can all enjoy them together,” said Mills.
The tree display isn’t the only fun part of the fundraiser. The hotel is also hosting brunch with Santa Saturday, December 12th and on Tuesday, December 15th. Kids will also be able to do fun crafts and enjoy some complimentary hot chocolate.
