University of Delaware falls in conference opener

The University of Delaware opened up play in the Colonial Athletic Association at the Bob Carpenter Center against the Northeastern Huskies. The Blue Hens are the defending CAA champions, but have come out this season with a slow start after winning just their first game on Tuesday over St. Bonaventure.

A big team victory for the University of Delaware over Rider

The University of Delaware had a second half win over Rider in a big team effort from the Blue Hens. The University of Delaware had four players with double-digit points and two other players with double-digit rebounds allowing the Blue Hens to be successful on both sides of the ball.

Wolverines Men's Basketball Drop A Pair In Pueto Rico

Wesley College's men's basketball team lost two consecutive games in the San Juan Shootout in San Juan, Pueto Rico. The Wolverines fell 96-75 to Benedictine, (Ill.) then were edged out by Edgewood 73-65.

Delaware State women's basketball falls to Pittsburgh

The Delaware State University (1-10) women's basketball team traveled to Pittsburgh (10-3) to play in their 7-game road trip finale. DSU's single win came at home against Millersville, but have yet to get a win since including a loss against Pittsburgh 93-58.

Eric Enderson Selected To ECAC All-East Team

University of Delaware sophomore punter Eric Enderson added another accolade to his already long list, being named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference Football Championship Subdivision All-East team. This is Enderson's fourth postseason All-American team this season.

Laurel's boys basketball team dropped a game late for the second day in a row when they fell to Westminster 64-58 in overtime. The loss drops the Bulldogs to 4-2 on the year.
