News Editor/Studio Technician – Full-Time

Marquee Broadcasting Inc. is looking for a dependable individual to fill the full-time position
of News Editor/Studio Technician. Knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro, editing equipment and broadcast studio equipment is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities Include:
– Editing and sending video for newscast.
– Uploading of video content to website.
– Operating equipment during newscast.
– Responsible for pre-show checks to make sure equipment is ready to go.
– Audio operator will monitor microphone levels and record soundbites as needed.
– Employee will help update community calendar and public file as assigned
– Other duties as assigned
– Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to work days, nights and some weekends. We will train the right individual who would like to be part of the exciting field of broadcast television.

Wage Range: $15.00/hr. – $17.00/hr.
