Phillips Crab House to be converted to Multi-Family Housing in Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, Md – A unanimous vote by the Ocean City Planning and Zoning Commission has cleared the way for the Phillips Crab House location on 21st Street in Ocean City to be converted into a multi-floor housing project.

The units would be for families, not H1-B visa workers.

The plan is set to build eight 3-bedroom apartments and six 4-bedroom apartments on the first and second floors, with one 3-bedroom manager’s unit on the 3rd floor.

The application also includes a submission for parking- across the street from the facility
