Polytech wins shootout with Bennett

WOODSIDE, Del. – The Panthers offense erupted in their first contest of the regular season, scoring 58 points on the Bennett Clippers, winning 58-42.

Senior Jalen Anderson supplied the fireworks with a kick return touchdown for Polytech following a Bennett touchdown in the first half.

Polytech (1-0) will play Charter School of Wilmington Friday at home. Bennett (0-1) returns home to play Washington Thursday.
