For the third-straight game, the James M. Bennett softball team stayed hot, still not giving up a single run for the season, as it coasted past WiHi Tuesday afternoon, 8-0. The Clippers improve to 3-0 for the year, while the Indians fall for the first time to a 3-1 record.

The James M. Bennett High School baseball team remained undefeated on Tuesday afternoon, overcoming an eight-run deficit to Wicomico to take a 13-10 victory. The Clippers move to 3-0 for the season, while the Indians slip to 1-3. 

Bayside Battle Falls Into Favor Of Bucs Over Seahawks

In a tight battle between Stephen Decatur boy's lacrosse and Kent Island on Monday afternoon was decided by one goal, as the Buccaneers took a 10-9 decision from the host Seahawks. Decatur and Kent Island both move to 1-1 for the season.

Late Goal Boosts Warriors Over Clippers In Bayside Shootout

The James M. Bennett girl's lacrosse team hosted Easton on Monday afternoon which battled out to be a great finish, seeing the Warriors cash in on a finish with just 20 seconds remaining to take the 10-9 victory. Bennett and Easton both move to 1-1 for the season.

Cecil HC Bolts, Diggs and Ennis Consider Options

Parkside senior guard Dajour Diggs and Delmar senior guard Larry Ennis were committed to play their college ball at Cecil Junior College under Head Coach LeShawn Hammett. This was hoped to be the start up of what Cecil use to be under the direction of then Head Coach Bull Lewit for basketball players from Delmarva, which was an opportunity to develop and then move on to a Division 1 school. All that has changed now.

Easton Boys Lacrosse Drops One To Salesianum At Wesley

Easton and Salesianum went head-to-head in a boys lacrosse match up on Friday night under the lights. After one quarter the score was tied up at 1, but Salesianum would take the lead going into halftime.

Caesar Rodney Girls Lacrosse Falls At Home

The Caesar Rodney Riders hosted the Caravel Buccaneers in a high-scoring battle on Friday afternoon.Both teams were playing very well - moving the ball around, but Caravel began to  take the lead in the second half. The Bucs controlled the middle of the field and put away their opportunities. The Riders tried to come back, but Caravel continued to move the ball around making it difficult to gain possession to generate offense.

Spartans hold on to top Dover

Sophomore midfielder Lauren Sharp scored two goals, including one late in the second half to give Lake Forest their second win of the season, defeating Dover 4-2 on Wednesday afternoon.

Riders start slow, finish strong over Quakers

Caesar Rodney was down 3-2 to Wilmington Friends on Wednesday night, at the half. Halftime adjustments were made and the Riders came out to score four unanswered goals, all in the third frame, to take the 6-3 win.
