Caesar Rodney Downs Dover in Season Opener

The Caesar Rodney Blue Raiders girls basketball team beat the Dover Senators tonight in their season opener, 69-42. CR gets off to a 1-0 start, while the Senators sit at 0-1.

Both teams played aggressive defense in the first quarter. The score was only 6-4 with five minutes remaining in the first quarter.

Dover faces Sussex Central on Tuesday. Caesar Rodney will take on Hodgson Vo-Tech.
