Indictment handed down for man accused of killing his mother

An indictment has comes down after the Christmas day shooting in Salisbury that left one dead.

According to online court records, Jack Braboy, 23, was indicted earlier this week on first and second degree murder charges.

This comes after Braboy allegedly shot his mother Mary Alonzo on Christmas day. Alonzo eventually died from her injuries.

Braboy is being held without bond. A preliminary hearing for this case is set January 22nd.
