Cooking accident blamed in Cambridge fire

Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office say, they are investigating a kitchen fire in Dorchester County.
According to reports, the blaze occurred on Monday night at about 11:30 PM on Glasgow Street. It reportedly took about four responding fire departments 30 minutes to put out the flames. Preliminary investigation indicates, the accidental blaze occurred on the kitchen stove from unattended cooking.
Officials have estimated the cost of loss to about $45,000.
