91 new COVID-19 cases, 2 new deaths announced in Del.

SMYRNA, Del. – The Delaware Division of Public Health says there are two new deaths related to coronavirus in the state.

We’re told both were New Castle County residents and had underlying health conditions. To date, a total of 507 Delawareans have died as a result of the virus.

Health officials are also announcing an additional 91 cases, bringing the statewide total to 10,980. 4,538 cases have been in Sussex County, while 1,630 have been in Kent, and 4,791 in New Castle. 93 individuals are currently hospitalized, 18 of whom are critically ill.

6,646 Delawareans have made a full recovery from the virus.
