Milford Police: Pair arrested after chase, refunding unpaid items, threatening staff

Police say that a Milford pair was arrested for trying to exchange items that they did not buy for a refund in Milford on Tuesday.
According to Milford Police, on Tuesday, officers responded to Walmart on North DuPont Boulevard for a report of a fraudulent return for illegitimate sales receipts. Investigation found that a man and a woman were seen on store surveillance footage picking up discarded sales receipts in the parking lot and eventually entered the store with an empty cart.
