NASCAR team argument leads to broken jaw

It's shaping up for a nice weekend in Dover for the race weekend, weather-wise, but not so much for one ex-NASCAR crew member, who is now facing charges after breaking his bosses jaw.
Dover Police arrested Lawrence Hayden, a 33-year-old former crew member/employee of a NASCAR Xfinity Series race team.
The Concord, North Carolina resident was arrested after he assaulted the team owner he was employed by on Friday morning.
An argument between Hayden and race team owner Jerry Hataway started over issues regarding Hayden's employment with the team.
Words turned into punches from Hayden, who broke Hataway's jaw. Hataway was initially treated at the Fan Care Center at Dover International Speedway and was later transferred to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital for further treatment for his injuries.
Hayden was taken into custody and charged with one count of second-degree assault.
