No one injured after canoe overturns on Chester River

Police say that three men were rescued off of Kent Narrows in the Chester River on Thursday afternoon after their canoe overturned.
According to Maryland Natural Resources Police, a canoe overturned in the Chester River around 4:00 p.m. Three men were reportedly on board at the time, but they were rescued within minutes by an officer on a patrol boat.
Police say the cause of the canoe overturning was the weather. Officials also say that the men were wearing life jackets and that no one required medical attention.
Police say that right now officers are trying to recover all of the missing items that the men lost when the canoe overturned.
