UPDATE: Three arrested in Dover pier homicide

State Police say they have arrested three people, in connection with the Port Mahon murder that happened back in March.
Delaware State Police say they have charged Daiquan Bordley, 22 of Dover, Zhyhee Harmon, 22 of Dover, and Chelsea Braunskill, 19 of Camden-Wyoming, and charged each with murder first degree, robbery first degree, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy second degree.
The charges stem from a March 30 incident, after a man was found dead on the Port Mahon Pier.
Troopers say their investigation showed that Braunskill and Dontray Hendricks went to the Port Mahon fishing pier, to allegedly smoke marijuana. Once there, three men apparently confronted them from behind, starting an altercation between Hendricks and one of the subjects identified as Bordley.
Police say Bordley then shot Hendricks in the torso, and left him on the pier where he succumbed to his wound. The three man then reportedly ran from the area, in Bordley’s vehicle. Braunskill, who knew about the plan to rob Hendricks before to their arrival at the pier, and then fled the scene in Hendrick’s vehicle.
Troopers say they arrived on the scene around 12:40 PM, for reports of an unresponsive male, where they found 24-year-old Hendricks, of Dover. He was pronounced dead by Kent County Paramedics. Delaware State Police Homicide Unit Detectives then responded to the scene, in order to assume the investigation. Hendricks’ body was then apparently turned over to the Division of Forensic Sciences, where an autopsy ruled his manner of death a homicide, caused by being shot.
Over the course of the investigation, Detectives say they were able to identify and link three of the four subjects involved in the murder of Dontray Hendricks. Chelsea Braunskill apparently turned herself into Detectives on April 26, after learning of the warrant for her arrest.
Troopers say Daiquan Bordley was taken into custody without incident on April 29, by Troopers in the area of Chestnut Street in Smyrna. Zhyhee Harmon was reportedly arrested by Detectives without incident in the neighborhood of Capitol Green in Dover on Thursday morning.
All three are now being held without bail with the Delaware Department of Corrections.
State Police say their investigation is on-going at this time.
