Seaford man identified in fatal single-vehicle crash on Hastings Farm Road

SEAFORD, Del. — Delaware State Police have identified the victim of a single-vehicle crash that occurred Friday morning on Hastings Farm Road in Seaford.

Police said 25-year-old Kesnel Similien, of Seaford, died as a result of the crash. Authorities identified him Saturday after notifying family members.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. No additional details about how the crash occurred were released in the latest update.

Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has video footage that may assist the investigation to contact Master Cpl. J. Smith at (302) 703-3267.
