Incumbent Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis defeats Scott Hamilton in primary

SALISBURY, Md. – In Wicomico County, Sheriff Mike Lewis has won the Wicomico County Sheriff Republican primary.

Lewis finished with 76 percent of the vote compared to challenger Scott Hamilton’s nearly 24 percent.

Lewis will be running for re-election this November against Democrat Sheriff candidate Lana Foley who ran unopposed in the Democratic primary.
