Sea Gulls reach first conference championship since 2015 with convincing win over JWU

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury University women’s basketball pulled away from Johnson and Wales – Charlotte for a 78-57 victory Friday night in Salisbury, punching the team’s ticket to the Coast-to-Coast Tournament Championship.

Nicole Miller (15 points), Kisa Lilly (13 points), and Kayla Nieberlein (13 points) paced the Sea Gulls offensively.

Salisbury will play in the C2C Championship–for the first time since 2015–against Christopher Newport University on Saturday, February 28th at 7pm inside Maggs Gym in Salisbury.
