SALISBURY, Md. – The Better Living Expo is returning to Salisbury this weekend!

The Expo is a long-time Salisbury tradition that features a multitude of area contractors with the newest innovations for your home and garden, as well as local businesses that provide a variety of services aimed at enhancing your life. The show also offers a large arts and crafts section filled with beautiful and unique items. The two-day event, held at the Wicomico County Civic Center, is designed to be fun for the entire family. Admission is just four dollars for both days, while kids are admitted free!

This event is organized and run by the Optimist Club of Salisbury and is their largest fundraiser of the year. Money raised from this show goes directly back to the kids in our community through various programs including high school scholarships and youth sports. The show also offers a 50/50 raffle and an incredible silent auction! It runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21, and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22.

Also on Saturday, catch Laugh Out Loud at the MAC Center at 6:00 p.m. Enjoy an evening of clean, clever stand-up comedy designed for adults 50 and older! Admittees will enjoy a performance by local stand-up comedian Lon Kieffer, free popcorn, and raffle tickets, all making for a night to remember! Tickets cost $20.

Lastly, thanks to everyone who came out for our Valentine’s Day Shop Small event last weekend! If you are looking to come Downtown for some food, drinks, or shopping, remember—parking is FREE after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and all weekend long!
