Cambridge Man Opens New Flea Market
(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – A Cambridge man is trying to bring life back to part of a downtown street in Cambridge, one deal at a time.
Francis Gilbert recently opened the Groove City Flea Market, with the goal of revitalizing Race Street.
He’s been set up in the 500 Block of the street the last few weeks.
And he wants to bring this small portion of one of Cambridge’s main streets back to its former glory.
“I want to bring the 500 block of Race Street back to life. It is good right now, but hopefully we’re going to flea market. We can bring it back to life,” says Gilbert.
The Groove City Flea Market runs Friday’s through Sundays, from 7 A.M. to 4 P.M.
