Wicomico Remains Perfect on the Season in American Legion Ball

Wicomico traveled to take on Worcester in some American Legion action on Wednesday and after a scare by Worcester, Wicomico was able to pull out the win 10-5 to remain perfect on the season. 

Wicomocoe scored runs early and by the 4th inning they had a commanding 5-0 lead. but after Worcester scored two runs of their own they were able to load the bases and a wild pitch and multiple throwing errors lead to them scoring 3 runs off that one pitch to tie this game up late in the 4th. 

But Wicomico scored the go ahead run off a wild pitch and they kept the runs coming after that to win. 

Wicomico is back in action on Monday June 20th, while Worcester is playing this Saturday
