Artifact Adventures at the Zoo in this Week’s City Minute

SALISBURY, Md. – Wild out this weekend at the Zoo with our Artifact Adventures program.

Join us at 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. to engage with a bunch of bio-facts learn about Invasive Species in our area.

The City also extends a huge thank you to everyone who participated, attended, and helped make the Maryland Folk Festival a success last weekend. It would not have possible without all of the volunteers, performers, donors, downtown partners, outside vendors—and of course—all those who came out to enjoy the culture, food—and festivities!

This was also the second opportunity to enjoy an adult beverage in the streets through the To-go Alcohol in Public Spaces (TAPS) program. Not only did the program run smoothly, but our downtown restaurants that participated saw record sales as a result.

Thank you again to everyone for supporting our downtown and helping to make it such an enjoyable place to live, visit, and work.
