UPDATE: Child has died after being struck by drunk driver in Dover

The Dover Police say they have arrested a man following a car accident that killed a 6-year-old girl.
David Randall, 26, reportedly drove into the parking lot of White Oak Condos, around 8:30 PM on Wednesday, and tried to park his car in front of the L building.
Officials say that Randall sped forward onto the sidewalk, where 6-year-old Anya Jackson, her mother, LeShell Wiles, and a family friend were standing.
According to the report, Randall hit all three people, pinning the girl against the building, and injuring the others.
A correction from earlier reports, officials now say that video evidence proves Jackson was only hit once by the car, not three times.
All three victims were reportedly taken to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, where Anya Jackson then succumbed to her injuries as a result of blunt force trauma.
Officials say that Randall was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, and will be charged with vehicular homicide first degree, 2 counts of vehicular assault second degree, and driving under the influence.
Randall reportedly was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $34,100 secured bond.
