Now these modulars are quite unique and they are called ZeMod.

ZeMod means zero energy modular home program and they are designed to create a high energy efficient home.

The company has partnered with the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility in order to make this new system work.

For those looking to buy, it is about 20% more than a typical home but you will save big bucks by not paying any energy bills.

The home produces through solar power is much energy as is required to power the home.

Officials say this is the future for energy efficient homes, as more and more homes are seeing this trend.
