Lawyer says that a settlement has been made in Berlin bench case

A settlement has been made for a woman who says that she was threatened with arrest for sitting on a bench in Berlin.
Luke Rommel, Ronshell Shockley's lawyer, says a settlement was made in the case last Friday. However, a condition of the settlement is that the terms remain confidential. Rommel says both parties are satisfied.
Shockley said that she was sitting on a bench last June watching a basketball tournament. That's when she says a Berlin Police lieutenant walked over and told her that she could not sit there. The lieutenant reportedly did not give Shockley a reason.
If a settlement had not been made, Rommel said that a federal lawsuit would have been filed.
