Salisbury Zoo holds first ever 21+ fundraiser event

SALISBURY, Md. – Saturday, the Salisbury Zoo held its first ever event exclusively for adults.

The Wild Vibes Festival brought live music, games, and vendors to the Zoo. Rounding out the adult attractions was the chance for visitors to enjoy local craft beer and wine.

Zoo officials said they’re always looking for new ways to attract people, but they never lose sight of their main attraction: the animals.

“We’re showing off a lot of our animals that are roaming around. We have animal talks going on, and it’s all rebuilding the zoo and rebranding the zoo here to be a better place for the community to come visit,” said Jamie Nichols, Development Supervisor.

She added that the funds raised from the Wild Vibes Festival will go towards their new coati exhibit.
