Storms are possible early tonight, with mostly cloudy skies and lows in the mid 70s. Friday will be mostly sunny, hot and humid, as temperatures will climb into the upper 90s, with heat indices in the upper 100s. Saturday will be the worst of this heat wave, as the mercury hovers around 100°, but heat indices soar into the lower 110s, under sunny skies.

The heat continues into Sunday, under mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 90s, while heat index values reach near 110°. A stray storm is possible on Sunday night. A cold front will slide through late on Monday, bringing partly sunny skies and scattered storms, with temperatures dropping into the lower 90s.

The heat wave is long gone by Tuesday, as highs return back to average in the low to mid 80s, under partly sunny skies and lingering morning storms. Wednesday and Thursday will be mostly sunny and seasonable, in the mid 80s.
