MSP looking for suspect in Facebook credit fraud scheme

Devin Christopher Miles

Maryland State Police say they have an active arrest warrant for a man who reportedly committed credit card fraud and theft in Wicomico and Somerset Counties.

Devin Christopher Miles allegedly used Facebook to advertise a credit fraud scheme where he would use victims' credit card information to buy items from stores around the area. He reportedly used "buy and sell" pages on Facebook to arrange meetings to sell these items in person for cash.

Police believe Miles has made continued attempts to make unauthorized purchases using additional lines of credit.

Miles' arrest warrant is for multiple theft charges and credit card fraud. Police say he is likely still in the Wicomico County or Somerset County area.

Anyone with information on Miles' whereabouts is urged to call the Maryland State Police Princess Anne Barrack at 410-651-3101. Callers can remain anonymous, police said.
