UPDATE: Former death row inmate found not guilty in Kent County

A former death row inmate has been found not guilty of murder in Kent County.
According to Delaware Department of Justice officials, Isaiah McCoy has been found not guilty on all counts.
McCoy was retried in Kent County this month for allegedly killing 30-year-old James Munford in Dover in 2010.
The Delaware Supreme Court ordered a new trial for McCoy because of errors by the judge and prosecutor at his first trial.
The judge reportedly improperly denied the challenge of McCoy to the seating of a juror, and the prosecutor reportedly participated in "pervasive unprofessional conduct."
Closing arguments began in the case at 9 am on Thursday after the prosecution and defense rested on Wednesday.
