Harrington man arrested for punching someone in the head

Milford Police say they arrested a Harrington man last Friday after they say he punched someone in the head.

Officers responded to an assault at a service station in the 200 block of Northeast Front Street. When they arrived, officers arrested 21-year-old Kaden Covington based on reports he punched the victim in the head and threatened to hit them again with a metal brake pad.

Police say Covington was arrested without incident and charged with aggravated menacing and third degree assault.

Covington's bail was set at $2,000 unsecured. He is due to appear at the Kent County Court of Common Please on January 13th for a preliminary hearing.
