UPDATE: Body of missing man found in Ocean City canal

Police say they located the body of a missing Maryland man after he was last seen on Saturday evening, in Ocean City.

The Ocean City Police Department says on Monday, the Ocean City Fire Department Dive Team found 23-year-old Cesar Martinez Saravia's body  just south of 67th Street in a bayside canal. Officers say their investigation and video surveillance led them to the location where his body was found on Monday afternoon. 

According to the report, there were no obvious signs of injury and no foul play is suspected at this time.

Police say Saravia of Montgomery County, MD was reported missing on Sunday by his friends. Authorities report that the 23-year-old was last seen in the area 62nd Street on Saturday evening, in Ocean City. 

Investigators say Saravia's body was sent to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of Maryland for and autopsy that will determine cause and manner of death.

Police say Cesar Martinez Saravia was last seen on Saturday around 7:00 PM, in Ocean City

The Ocean City Police Department says 23-year-old Saravia, of Montgomery County, MD,  was last seen wearing pink shorts, a blue shirt, aviator sunglasses, and black Jordan flip flops with white socks.

He also has a three inch scar on his left forearm.
