Cohee punches out 12, Eagles win first softball state title

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The North Dorchester softball team defeated Catoctin, 1-0, Saturday afternoon to claim their first-ever softball state championship.

Eagles hurler Emilee Cohee rose to the occasion, striking out a dozen in the circle and driving in the lone run of the contest.
