Congressman Andy Harris addressing NOAA asking for review of their rule making process

DELMARVA – Congressman Andy Harris addressing the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) after hearing from a waterman earlier this October.

NOAA is proposing a new speed rule that will directly impact waterman’s business here on Delmarva. At a meeting on October 20, 2022, Congressman Harris sat down with affected watermen, and discussed their concerns with this new rule. NOAA was invited to attend the meeting, however, they were unable to attend.
