Laurel stays in the win column after Henlopen South battle

LAUREL, Del.– The Laurel Bulldogs beat the Delmar Wildcats in a final score of 58-49 on Tuesday night.

Laurel would find themselves down 14-7 after the end of the 1st quarter. The Bulldogs would turn things around going into the half with a 24-18 lead over Delmar.

Delmar would go into the 4th quarter with a 39-35 lead over the Bulldogs. Laurel would take the lead late in the 4th to seal the game, Javier White for Laurel led the team in scoring with 16 points.

Laurel goes on to play Lake Forest next, while Delmar goes on to play Seaford.
