Blue Jays storm back, shock Woodbridge basketball

GREENWOOD, Del. – Seaford came back from a late deficit to upset the Blue Raiders, 51-50, on the road Tuesday night.

Freshman Kashmeir Wise hit one-of-two free throws in the final seconds to push Seaford’s lead to two. Wise missed the second free throw, and as Bruce Mosley secured the rebound he was fouled going to the ground.

Mosley made 1-of-2 at the line, and the Blue Jays secured the rebound as time expired.

Careen Bolden led the way for the Blue Jays with 17 points, Tyrese Fortune added 15 points.

Kenny Newton had 13 points, while Emmanuel Mosley and Rasheed Stones each scored 12 points for the Blue Raiders.
