Police arrest Camden man wanted for thefts, burglaries
CAMDEN, Del – Delaware State Police have located and arrested a Camden man wanted in connection to multiple theft and burglary incidents.
In December 2020, police began investigating numerous burglaries, thefts of vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, and golf carts. Through investigation, 19-year-old William Figgatt Jr. was identified as a suspect in these thefts. Police were initially unsuccessful in locating Figgatt, but with assistance received from the community, Figgatt was located and arrested on Monday.
He has been charged with three counts of theft $1500 or greater, two counts of theft of a motor vehicle, two counts of third degree burglary, three counts of selling stolen property over $1500, six counts of second degree conspiracy, three counts of third degree criminal trespass, theft, and criminal mischief.
Police say Figgatt was released on a $7,420 unsecured bond.
