Two arrested for burglary, theft at Hurlock gas station
HURLOCK, Md. – Police say two people were charged earlier this week in connection to a breaking and entering incident.
According to police, a trip was received on Monday regarding a breaking and entering and theft at the Sunoco Station located 2903 Ocean Gateway in Hurlock. A concerned citizen provided information to police that helped them identify the two suspects as 23-year-old Anthony Hyatt and 20-year-old Jacklyn Ewell, both of Cambridge.
Police located both suspects and recovered evidence linking them to the crime.
Both suspects were charged with two counts of second degree burglary, two counts of fourth degree burglary, two counts of malicious destruction of property under $1,500, and two counts of theft. Ewell was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond, while Hyatt was ordered held without bond.
