Princess Anne cafe owners give back to first responders

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Even after having to close their doors temporarily, the owners of a Princess Anne restaurant are still using what they have to thank first responders during the coronavirus outbreak.

Before closing their doors, Squeaky’s Cafe owners Ed and Orlena Wilkes cooked and delivered meals to our local first responders. They served breakfast and lunch to the staff at the Princess Anne Volunteer Fire Company and lunch to the staff at the Somerset County Emergency Services.

Princess Anne officials say they appreciate all the Wilkes do for the community and can’t wait until they open their doors again when it is safe to do so.
