Delmarva Christian boys trounce Dragons, crowned ESIAC champions

GEORGETOWN, Del. – The Royals were crowned ESIAC champions once again after racing to a double-digit lead in the opening minutes against The Salisbury School. Delmarva Christian took home the title after winning, 89-45.

Chris Vonhof and Gabe Herling dropped 12 and 9 in the first quarter for the Royals, as they raced to an 18-2 lead and led by 13 after one.

The lead continued to balloon in the second. Herling finished off a 32-7 second quarter with a 3-pointer at the buzzer.

Andrew Workman led the way with 23 for Delmarva Christian, Herling added 20, Chris Vonhof had 15.
