Delmar finishes season off on high note

DELMAR, Del. – The Delmar Wildcats celebrated their senior day with a big 52-18 win over Sussex Academy.

The Wildcats got off to a very quick start and never took their foot off the gas. Sussex Academy struggled with the turnovers and could not navigate the full court press, leading to easy Wildcat points.

Delmar got solid performances from Jeremiah Beale and TJ Gibson in the win. With the win, the Wildcats close the season at 11-9 and have their playoff hopes in the balance depending on how the schedule shapes out.
