Decatur rolls in straight sets over WiHi

SALISBURY, Md. – The Stephen Decatur Seahawks volleyball team trailed in every set they played against WiHi, but rallied each time to a 3-0 victory over the Tribe.

Both teams traded points back and forth before Decatur head coach Sara Patrick called timeout to regroup her team. Decatur went on to roll in the first set 25-15 with some tough defense and solid serves.

WiHi got off to another hot start in the second set but was unable to battle though and hang on to the frame. In the third the Tribe had a commanding lead, but some miscues and clutch points from the Seahawks made it a 23-23 game. Decatur would pick up an ace and a kill from Alexis Graybill to end things in straight sets.
