Serious crash investigated in Bridgeville

Members of the Delaware State Police are on the scene of a serious crash along Route 13 near Heritage Shores Drive.

Police say three vehicles are involved in the crash, that happened around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. At this point, troopers say there were patients taken to area hospital, however it is unconfirmed exactly how many.

Route 13 northbound and southbound lanes are currently closed at Cannon Road and Seashore Highway (Route 404).
