of toy and b-b guns that look real — prompt cities and towns across america to review their current laws. one of those cities considering some changes is salisbury. city council met tonight — to continue the conversation on toy and replica gun regulations — starting with the distribution and sale of these items at walmart. the council believes – if the fake guns were distinguishable from the real ones — that might reduce the number of fatal police encounters. many toy guns have orange tips — but those tips are easily painted over or removed — and can be difficult to see at night. and b-b and pellet replicas do not have an orange marking. mayor jake day agrees that there is an issue with replica guns in this country — but he’s not yet sure if a ban is the right way to go about it. more troubling accusations in the alleged child sex abuse
