Three arrested for illegal narcotics trafficking in Dorchester Co.

The Dorchester County State’s Attorney’s Bill Jones reports that he recently convened the Dorchester County Grand Jury in order to seek indictments on three people.

According to the release, these people were identified by a joint investigation conducted by the Dorchester County Narcotics Task Force, Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, Cambridge Police Department, Hurlock Police Department, Maryland State Police and several Federal agencies as being involved in illegal narcotics trafficking in Dorchester County and the surrounding area.

Officials say that on October 3, members of the agencies listed above starting serving the indictments.

The below suspects were arrested as a result and charged with the following:

Nordia Loris Bryden-Dunn, of Cambridge

  • Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
  • Possession of cocaine
  • 5 counts of possession of paraphernalia
  • Held on $150,000 bond

Diondray Lamar Demby, of Cambridge

  • 3 counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
  • 2 counts of possession of cocaine
  • Possession of paraphernalia
  • Held on $250,000 bond

Ta’Bron Latray Todd, of East New Market

  • Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
  • Conspiracy to distribute cocaine
  • Possession of cocaine
  • Possession of paraphernalia
  • Held on $250,000 bond

Sheriff James W. Phillips Jr. noted that further arrests will be made as this is an this on-going investigation.
