The Capital Athletic Conference announced their 2016 Men's Lacrosse awards, with several SU and Wesley players being honored. Headlining this years group included SU's Jim Berkman who was named the CAC Coach of the Year for the 10th time, while Thomas Cirillo was named the CAC Player of the Year.

Another year, another Bayside South Title for the Mardela softball team as they clinched their 6th straight title Wednesday with their 9-1 win at Bennett. The win improves the Warriors to 15-3, while the loss drops the Clippers to 7-6.
St. Michael's baseball team traveled to North Caroline Wednesday and won their 7th straight game by a score of 6-3.
North Caroline hosted St. Michael's Wednesday afternoon and the Saints were victorious winning it 6-2 to remain perfect on the season.
The Mardela softball team earned their biggest win of the season Monday, and they had to battle to get extras to even do it. The Warriors' Sydney Goertzen would score the game tying run in the 7th to force extras, where Logan Genga would smack the walk-off RBI single to right. The win improves the Warriors to 14-3 on the year, while the loss drops the Rams to 8-4.
The Parkside baseball team hit the road Monday afternoon and picked up a convincing 12-1 win over Mardela. The win improves the Rams to 10-5, while they loss drops the Warriors to 9-6.
The Salisbury University women's lacrosse overcame a very slow start to rally in the second half to earn a 8-7 win over York to advance to the CAC Championship game. The win improves the Sea Gulls to 15-2 on the year.
Sussex Tech hosted Worcester Prep and in a game where both teams were evenly matched, it was the Mallards who topped them 17-4.
Zach Adams punched a RBI single just past the extended arm at short stop to score Lane Dillion, as Stephen Decatur outlasted Easton 2-1 in a marathon 14 inning game on Saturday afternoon.

Milford hosted Sussex Tech Friday and it looked as if the Buccaneers were in control, but a 9 run 5th inning helped propel the Ravens to a Huge 12-5 Victory.
The Salisbury University men's lacrosse team didn't get off to the best start, but picked up their play in the second half to top Frostburg State 14-6 in the CAC semifinals. The win advances the Sea Gulls to the title game, while improving their record to 18-0.
The Salisbury University softball team claimed the 2016 CAC Conference Tournament Championship Saturday morning with a 2-1 win over Christopher Newport. The win is the 17th straight for SU as they improve to 34-4 on the year.
