Fraternal Order of Eagles host children’s Easter Party

It might have been a bit brisk Sunday, but the kids celebrating the Easter holiday a week early with Egg hunts across the eastern shore.
47 ABC was at the Fraternal Order of Eagles’ Easter Egg Hunt in Salisbury as youngsters made a mad dash for all those brightly colored goodies.
The Easter bunny even made a debut at the event. The children’s Easter party is free, any child in the community was welcome to participate.
Sharon Ennis, the president of the Ladies Auxiliary says, “I love it. Just the kids I mean it’s amazing. To be honest, we have watched quite a few of them grow because they started with us as young kids and they’ve been coming every year.”
Officials with the Fraternal Order of Eagles tell us they had two- thousand eggs in their hunt Sunday and close to one hundred and fifty children participated.
