Three Milford residents arrested during drug investigation

A two month long drug investigation in Milford has apparently wrapped up with three arrests.

Milford Police say their Drugs and Narcotics Division says on Wednesday, Detectives, along with several other law enforcement agencies, searched multiple rooms at the Travelers Inn Motel and a home on S. Washington Street, in relation to the investigation. Two men, and one woman, all of Milford were arrested, and charged, after Police say they found a total of 216 bags of heroin, during the investigation.

Forty one-year-old Yvette Harpe was charged with drug dealing – heroin, felony conspiracy 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Forty three-year-old Timothy Jarvis was charged with 4 counts of drug dealing – heroin, 4 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, felony conspiracy 2nd degree, and promoting/possession of prison contraband. Forty three-year-old Adam Boughner, aka Adam Bradford, was charged with 5 counts of drug dealing – heroin, and 5 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Harpe is being held at Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on a $12,200 cash bond, while Jarvis and Boughner are being held at Sussex Correctional Institution on a $44,600 and a $51,000 cash bond, respectively.

Detectives from the Milford Police Narcotics Division, were reportedly assisted by the Milford Police Special Operations Group, Criminal Division, Patrol Division along with the assistance of the Delaware State Police Drug Unit, Delaware State Police S.O.R.T, Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms Federal Agency, Georgetown Police Department, Oceanview Police and Blades Police.
